Being a chocolate lover you must be excited all the time about having something delicious made of chocolates. Isn’t it? Eating them plainly all the time obviously becomes boring. Eating something luscious made of chocolate is certainly a cherry on a cake. Ummm, yummy…!
Here I am going to give you three different recipes with Kitkat chocolate that would definitely please you sweet tooth to certain extent. So get ready to make even your sour taste buds sweeter by trying these mouth-watering recipes.
1. Kitkat Choclate Cake
Flour, Cocoa powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda sugar, buttermilk, sour cream, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, eggs and egg yolk, expresso coffee powder
For the cake layer- Mix all the ingredients other than expresso powder. Blend on medium low speed for 2 minutes. Line and grease the cake pan with vegetable oil. Combine hot water with expresso powder. Add hot water to the mixing bowl. Combine the mixture thoroughly. Divide the batter evenly among the pans. Bake for 25- 30 minutes 350.F (180.C). Cool the pans for 15 minutes and take the cakes out carefully.
For frosting- Melt the chocolate in the micro. Let it cool completely. Cut butter into small pieces at room temperature. Then combine boiling water and cocoa powder. Add expresso powder and whisk until you get a smooth paste. In a mixing bowl add butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix until it gets fluffy. After that, add cool chocolate paste. Mix well in a mixture for 30 seconds. Now cut the cake from the middle and apply the frosting evenly inside as well as on the top. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for atleast 1-2 hours. Add rest of the frosting on the top and garnish your cake with the pieces of Kitkat on the sides and gems over the top.
2. Kitkat ice- cream
1 cup vanilla icecream, 1 cup crushes Kitkat, Crumbled chocolate brownie, Chocolate sauce, and gems.
Mix vanilla ice-cream and crushed kitkat well then pour into a pan and cover it with aluminium foil. Take two glasses. Add 3 tsp of crushed walnut brownie per glass and then add crushes kitkat over it. Pour 2 tbsp chocolate sauce per glass. Again put some brownie over it. Now add 2 scoops of ice- cream that you have already prepared. For garnishing, add gems and wafers.
3. Kitkat Milkshake
8 kikat sticks (2 packs), 2 scoops of vanilla ice- cream, 200ml of whole milk whipped cream, kikat crumbs and 2 kitkat full sticks for garnish
(Serve for 2)
Add vanilla ice- cream and kitkat pieces and milk. Grind them well. Pour it in a glass. Make a yummy frost over it. And garnish it with kitkat sticks and chocolate crumbs.
