Indian food is not only the food but an outcome of different dynasties that rule in India for a long period. If we talk about the core Indian dishes than there are numerous number of delicious dishes that hold a great food foundation in India. During the period of Mughals in India, their foods got mixed up with Indian dishes. Some regional dishes that continued for centuries still hold importance in the hot list of Indian Foods.

Rogan josh is a lamb dish of Persian origin, and its name roughly translates to “cooked in oil at intense heat.” It was brought to Kashmir and other areas in and around India and is now one of the most craved types of curry in Wales.

There are different sweet shops in the region of Sydney. All types of halwa’s especially Gajar halwa is most preferred in the Australia.

There are a lot of Indian food outlets in the USA. But the chicken curry with rice is one the most famous dishes in USA Washington area. There are also many other dishes that are famous in USA and neighbouring countries like Canada, Mexico etc.
Butter Chicken – Central & Western Asia
A famous dish in the Southern, Central & Western Asia also known as “Murg Makhani”. Traditionally butter chicken marinated for an overnight and it includes Garam masala, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, lemon, pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric and chilies. Prepared with the help of Tandoor.
