Avtar Singh Bagg, who basically belongs to Amritsar, owns this Kulcha hub. He started it in the year 2009. It is a tiny place where there is limited place to sit. However, it has got a massive crowd that comes only for the delicious Kulchas, which are served with white Chickpeas. It opens everyday around 9 A.M, (No off on Sundays).
The staff in Kulcha King works restlessly, so that they can grab more customers with the real flavours of Punjab. They make a complex mixture having Onions, Potatoes, Coriander power as well as green coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds and so many spices that give it a heavenly taste. They also serve a small bowl of chutney which consists of tamarind, black pepper, salt, hot spices and chopped onions. They serve Kulchas from 9 A.M to 5 P.M and after that the menu is replaced with the dinner food items which are also amazing.
